NUCA of VA Reaches Out to Deny Silica Rule

NUCA of Virginia reached out today on behalf of its members, asking state representatives to support a letter from Representative Bill Huizenga. The letter would urge appropriators working on the Labor, HHS, Education and Related Agencies Appropriations Act to deny funding for OSHA's harmful Silica rule.

This Silica rule would be unnecessarily costly, and it would be difficult and nearly impossible for contractors to prove compliance due to the unreliability of air quality level testing.

The letter will close on March 18, 2016. Stay tuned for more information.
