The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) has awarded the National Utility Contractors
Association (NUCA) a 2018 Power of A Silver Award for the construction of a confined space and trench
rescue facility for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs (VDFP).
This facility is being built for the VDFP using donated labor, equipment, and materials provided by NUCA member firms from NUCA’s Virginia Chapter.
